The issue devoted to convening the National Assembly (Seimas) occasion (1920, 20 May) to mention. Lithuanian Government has ordered the issue to create the Art of the creators Society. The competition of the projects assessed by the Commission.
Designers:
Architect M. Pukas - 10, 15 and 30 skatikø stamps with the lithuanian symbol Vytis, and 1, 3, and 5 auksinai with oak and the altar.
Adomas Varnas - 20, 50 and 60 skatikø with the Grand Duke of Lithuanian Vytautas, 40 and 80 skatikø with the Grand Duke of Lithuania Gediminas.
Due to the press the way a large number of small inaccuracies.
15 and 30 skatikø printed on one sheet with the horizontal gutter.
